From founder Dylan Tannenbaum

I founded Dreams Development in 2018 without much of an idea of what it could become. My father and some of his partners found a property up for sale in Lauderdale by the Sea that was too good to pass up. With zero experience in both real estate development and hospitality management, we set out to thoroughly renovate our first project in LBTS and run it as a motel. Although there were some bumps along the way, we are incredibly proud of how Ocean Treasure turned out and have become the premier accommodation in the town. Since then, we have purchased and designed two new projects that are slated to begin construction in 2023, and have proven our effectiveness in the first few years of operation. My commitment at Dreams Dev will always remain the same: to provide quality construction and personalized hospitality to every project I manage.
