About Us
It All Started With A Dream
When I decided to start my own company in real estate and hospitality, I first needed a name. As an homage to my father, I decided to name the company Dreams Development in honor of his former company that he built and sold, Dreams Incorporated. He established a reputation for his business as one of the best in his industry, just as I have done so far and will continue to strive for the rest of the way. He has taught me invaluable skills about running my own company, from analyzing a P&L to managing employees, and I am extremely thankful to be where I am today because of him. He gave me the opportunities, and I made sure to capitalize on them.

Where Dreams Become Reality
As mentioned in the mission statement, I formed Dreams Development in 2018 directly following the purchase of Ocean Treasure in Lauderdale by the Sea, FL. I was brought in to help manage the entire project from overseeing the construction to eventually the daily operation of the motel. Now years later, its incredible to see the progress we have made, and the lessons I have learned along the way. As it stands now, we have turned Ocean Treasure into the premier accommodation in the town with unbelievably positive reviews and very happy investors. We recently purchased the neighbor to OT, the Courtyard Villa, with plans on building a new state-of-the-art facility in 2023 that will blow away our guests for years to come. We also have a third project in the works, Marina By-the-Sea, that is slated for 2023 construction as well with plans to become a one of a kind condo-hotel. With all of this, my goal is to continue to develop and manage dream properties with a focus on personalized hospitality.
Emphasis on Dream Properties
Dreams Development remains focused on developing what we call dream properties. When we say dream properties, we mean any place that is distinguished and unique in a way that makes it more desirable to stay at than the standard options. When we purchased our first three properties, we coveted them because they were on the water (two of them directly on the beach). While others saw dilapidated buildings in a small town, we saw potential for unrivaled boutique motels with incredible views and quaint beach town vibes. Over time, we realized how prudent that mindset was, and will continue to remain focused on projects we deem dream properties.
Dedicated to Personalized Hospitality
The single most valuable attribute of Dreams Dev is our personalized hospitality. We were asked to run Ocean Treasure with zero experience in the hospitality field, so when we first started we only had experience as hotel guests ourselves. We set out to remove all the extraneous headaches, fees, and rules that ruined our stays at other hotels in the past. As a result, we treat each and every guest like family, with a willingness to always be flexible and understanding with them, while charging them reasonable rates without fees and hidden costs. It has been amazing to see the reaction from our guests as a result of this personalized hospitality.
