11-unit motel that we thoroughly renovated and opened in February of 2020. It has been operating successfully since first opening despite the outbreak of Covid. The motel currently boasts a perfect 5.0 rating on Google.
The property currently consists of 14 boat slips and roughly 5,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space. We have designed an incredible 18,000 sq. ft. condo/hotel with a fully renovated dock with plans for 2023 construction.
The property as it stands today is an 8-unit motel that is nearly 70 years old. We have designed an all-new 13-unit hotel that will act as a new addition to the neighboring Ocean Treasure with plans for 2023 construction.
